Accommodation

 

The CEEISA conference fee doesn’t include accommodation for the conference participants. However, the organization staff have managed to book a number of rooms in Wroclaw hotels  to make your stay easier. If you contact these hotels please notify them that you will be participating in the conference, and this will permit you to use the reservations we’ve made. Please note that all these hotels have given the end of March as a deadline for booking.   We regret that we will not be able to help you with accommodation after this deadline.

 

Below is the list of hotels and hostels, the number of rooms available, the prices (exchange rates as of December 15th, 2006) and some details about their location in relation to the conference site.

Lothus Hotel: 53 rooms, 23 single, 30 double (could be changed into single for an extra fee of 15 PLN/4 EUR); prices: 180 PLN (approx. 45 EUR) weekdays, 144 PLN (approx. 36 EUR) weekends for single rooms and 159 PLN (approx. 40 EUR) for double rooms; ul. Zaułek Hotel: 6 rooms; price: 240 PLN (approx. 63 EUR); ul. HOSTELS:

 

Ołówek Student Dormitory: 20 single and 15 double rooms; price: 90 PLN (approx. 24 EUR); pl.Grunwaldzki 30 ( Grunwaldzki sq. 30)  this student dormitory (dominates the central areas of the city, -what does the former phrase mean – why not drop it since it seems to add nothing of importance) it is located a few tram stops away from the conference locations.
